Fantastic location for what I needed it for, lovely period piece rooms and fitted bathrooms, nice and cosy, hot breakfast was a great and filling start to the day and Fiona the hosts personally was just as warm and lovely

Great breakfast which Fiona served early so I could get to the Spirit of Tasmania with lots of time to spare. Love staying here and would always recommend. I've stayed many times before and it is my accom of choice.

A beautifully looked after Victorian home. Both comfortable and spacious in a location thats both convenient and lovely. The host, Fiona, is super friendly and very helpful. She made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left.
